Matthew Craig joined Rice Real Estate Company in 2025 as a Real Estate Associate, where he supports new development, operating assets, and capital markets initiatives. Previously, he worked at The Morgan Group in corporate finance and capital markets, where he developed complex underwriting models, investor materials and supported equity raises for multifamily development and acquisition opportunities. Before entering real estate finance, Matthew worked at JP Morgan and TD Ameritrade, gaining experience in client integration and compliance.  He holds a B.S. in Finance from LSU.
