Bryson Grover joined Rice in 2020 and is a Managing Director, Real Estate. Prior to joining Rice, Mr. Grover served as Vice President/Investment Manager for Midway Companies, a privately held real estate investment and development firm. In his seven years with Midway, Bryson led the development of 1.75 million square feet of mixed-use projects that included multifamily, office, retail, and hospitality. He has prior experience in industrial asset dispositions and brand marketing. Bryson earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Virginia and holds an MBA from the University of Houston. He is actively involved in the Urban Land Institute and NAIOP.
