Bailey Gay joined Rice Real Estate Company in 2025 as a Real Estate Associate, where he supports new development, asset operations, and capital markets initiatives. Previously, Bailey worked with CBRE’s Debt Asset Management team where he managed a portfolio of multifamily bridge loans with a primary focus on assets in special situations. Prior to CBRE, he worked in Atlanta with PIMCO Prime Real Estate and was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and closing senior real estate debt across all asset classes and major MSA’s. He holds a B.S. in Finance from The University of Georgia.
